I. MEETING CALLED TO ORDER
Discussion:
The Franklin Special School District Board of Education met on Monday, May 8, 2017 at 6:33 p.m. at Poplar Grove Elementary School, 2959 Del Rio Pike, Franklin, Tennessee. The following members were present: Robert Blair, Vice-Chair Alicia Barker Allena Bell Kevin Townsel Not present: Tim Stillings, who joined by electronic attendance in accordance with Board Policy 1.400; Robin Newman, due to personal circumstances. Others present were: Dr. David Snowden, Dr. Catherine Stephens, Dr. Kay Boan, Robbin Cross, Amanda Parks, Beth Farrar, Mark Anderson, Dr. Roberta Hill, Susannah Gentry, Amy Fisher and other staff, principals, teachers, parents, FSSDEA and community members. A reception honoring our school and district Classified Employees of the Year was held in the lobby of Poplar Grove Elementary beginning at 6:00 p.m. |
