1. Call to Order

Discussion:
The Marshall County Board of Education met in special called session on Tuesday, May 26, 2015, at 5:30 p.m. in the Board Conference Room at Jones School to discuss and approve the 2015-2016 SY budget, the food service budget, and cameras for Westhills Elementary School.
Members present were John Daniel Allen, Julie Keny Cathey, Kristen Gold, Susan Hunter, Harvey Johns, Ken Lilly, Sheryl McClintock, Donnie Moses, and Randy Perryman. No members were absent.

2. 2015-2016 SY Budget

Discussion:
Ms. Gold made a motion, with a second by Ms. Hunter, to approve the 2015-2016 SY budget.
Prior to the vote, Ms. Cathey, Ms. Hunter, Mr. Jones, Mr. Moses, and Mr. Perryman read a disclosure statement.
The motion passed 9-0.

3. Food Service Budget

Discussion:
Ms. Hunter made a motion, with a second by Ms. Gold, to approve the 2016-2016 food service budget. The motion passed 9-0.

4. Cameras for Westhills Elementary

Discussion:
During discussions concerning the cameras for Westhills Elementary School, Ms. Abernathy said the quote is off the state bid and is the same vendor who installed cameras at MCHS and LMS. The funds will come out of this year's capital outlay.
Ms. McClintock made a motion, with a second by Ms. Cathey, to approve the quote and install cameras at WES.
The board requested that cameras be installed in the reamining schools out of next year's capital outlay.
The motion passed 9-0.
