Allow Simplex Grinnell to install the intercom, perhaps over Fall Break, passed with a motion by Mr. Donnie Moses and a second by Mrs. Jackie Abernathy.

Discussion: The Executive Committee of the Marshall County Board of Education, comprised of Chairman of the Board Donnie Moses and Director of Schools Jackie Abernathy, spoke by phone Tuesday, September 30, 2014, at approximately 8:17 a.m. to discuss intercom quotes; the intercom at Chapel Hill Elementary School is inoperable. Two quotes have been received: Simplex Grinnell for $24,950, and Southeastern Sound for $26,745. These quotes include new intercom, new wiring, new speakers for each room, two new phones, installation and labor. The meeting adjourned at approximately 8:30 a.m.
