The Executive Committee of the Marshall County Board of Education, comprised of Chairman of the Board Mike Keny and Director of Schools Jackie Abernathy, spoke by phone Tuesday, July 9, 2013, at approximately 1:35 p.m. to discuss the burnt portable at Chapel Hill Elementary School.
