Rationale:
Attached is a bid letter from Ben Barrett along with an evaluation matrix of the bid. This is for the E-Rate quote process done through the TDOE's broadband consortium process. Vendors were solicited on a state-curated list for quotes on E-Rate wiring projects. All responses already have a state contract in place off of which the school system can purchase. This process simply allows school systems to get competitive pricing for projects. Wiring projects will be done at Cascade Middle, Community High, Community Middle, Harris Middle and SCHS. |
