Discussion:
Pursuant to §84-1410 of the Nebraska Revised Statutes, also known as the Nebraska Open Meetings Law, that the Board of Education for Scottsbluff Public Schools moved into Closed Session at 5:02 PM to include Superintendent Dr. Andrew Dick and Executive Director of Finance Marianne Carlson for the purpose of a strategy session with respect to collective bargaining. The Closed Session was necessary for the protection of the public interest. Tory Schwartz exited the Board Meeting at 5:02 PM due to a conflict of interest.
