Discussion:
In accordance with the Superintendent Pay Transparency Act, notice was posted on the Scottsbluff Public Schools website in a prominent location that the Board of Education agenda for this meeting included the approval of a proposed Superintendent Contract Addendum. The notice was posted on December 6, 2022, and also included links for the public to access the Proposed Superintendent Contract Addendum and detailed contract costs.

Discussion:
Mark Lang expressed his appreciation to Ruth Kozal and Lori Browning and thanked them for their years of service on the Board. Paul Snyder also thanked Ruth and Lori for their years of service, specifically for their experience during the "multiple, difficult issues" that arose during their time on the Board. Beth Merrigan shared that Ruth and Lori's "voices will certainly be missed."
Lori thanked the audience, including those she worked with while on the Board. Ruth spoke at the end of the meeting and recognized the administrative team, the Board, and gave advice to incoming Board members Ralph Paez and Tory Schwartz. |
