1. Sargent Public Schools Board of Education Information
More Information: The meeting agenda will be kept current and available for public inspection at the Superintendent's Office during regular working hours. The Board of Education releases its agenda well in advance of most meetings and desires that all interested persons are fully informed. Any interested person who has a question or needs clarification about the sufficiency of a descriptive item should contact the Office of the Superintendent of Schools. If anyone in attendance is interested in addressing our Board, you are welcome to do so. We simply request that you complete the appropriate form and turn it in to us now, so that you may be recognized during the 'Public Comment' section of our meeting. Agenda items are subject to reordering at the discretion of the board president. Board members may request specific agenda item(s) be moved to a different place on the agenda. Please attend the entire meeting to ensure you hear discussion on a particular agenda item. |

Cory Grint reported on the finance and facility committee meeting. He explained what was talked about and how Mr. Olsen made the budget.
Cory Beran reported on the policy committee. Rollie Stefka reported that the Twin Loup committee discussed and agreed to purchase new girls basketball uniforms as there are some size issues with the old and many needed to be fixed. Mr. Slingsby gave his principal's report. Mr. Olsen gave his superintendent's report. |

Discussion:
Cory Beran made a comment how his family donated x amount of hamburger by simply working with the USDA certified packing house. He informed the packing house that he wanted x amount ot go to the school & they set it aside to have it USDA certified. It was a really easy process.
