Call the meeting to order - 6:30 p.m.
Discussion:
President T. Tegeler called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. Members present were: Broberg, Johnsen, Negus, Schutt, R. Tegeler and T. Tegeler. Absent: none.

Discussion:
President T. Tegeler referred to the open meetings law. There were no visitors and no public comment.

This item was not needed as all board members were in attendance.

Review financial information and 2025-2026 budget.
Discussion:
Mr. Hahne gave an historical review of district finances. The 2025-2026 proposed budget was also discussed.

The district's strategic plan was reviewed with progress toward goals identified during the review.

Discussion:
The board discussed and identified superintendent and district goals for the 2025-2026 school year.
