Call the meeting to order - 7:25 p.m.
Discussion:
Superintendent Darin Hahne called the Budget Amendment hearing to order at 7:25 p.m. Members present were: Broberg, Johnsen, Negus, Schutt, R. Tegeler and T. Tegeler. Absent: none.

Discussion:

Recognize Visitors - ‘Public Comment’ - refer to "Open Meetings Law’
Discussion:
Superintendent Hahne referred to the open meetings law and welcomed visitors. There was no public comment.

Excuse absent board member
Discussion:
This item was not needed as all board members were present.

Discuss amended building fund budget to be approved at the regular school board meeting.
Discussion:
Mr. Hahne explained the reason for the budget amendment. When the 24-25 budget was set, the sports complex bond election had not yet taken place. Due to a successful bond election, the building fund needs to be amended so expenses for the sports complex can be properly spent.
