At 6:18 p.m., the board acknowledged the return to open session. Dr. Matousek stated that only those items on the agenda were discussed during the executive session, and no votes were taken. Those present during the executive session were Dr. Matousek, Mr. Garrison, Mr. Lough, Mr. Choate, Mr. Griffin and David Tillman, guest.
