At 6:56 p.m., the board acknowledged the return to open session. Dr. Matousek stated that only those items on the agenda were discussed during the executive session, and no votes were taken. Joe Garrison was present via Zoom Video Conference, all other members as well as Dr. Woods, and Paul Hix, Athletic Director were present at the physical location.
