1. Call meeting to order.
Discussion:
Davis Public Schools Special Board meeting was called to order at 6pm.

3. Discussion of master facility planning.
Discussion:
No actions were taken during the discussion of master facility planning. Discussion pertained to choosing when to move forward with a Bond. Information was given as to when we would have to call for Bond depending on what month or how soon to have one. Ms. Gilbert is planning to have her first meeting with partners in progress group on February 5th, 2025. She had two meetings with staff to discuss master facility planning. She also had a meeting with a variety of students to get their input.
