that the CCS Board of Education approve the Separation of Employment as presented. This motion, made by Mike Houghton and seconded by Monica VanTuyle, Carried.

Motion that the CCS Board of Education approve the three-year mowing services bid from A & H Lawn Service in the amount of $351,577.50, based on the recommendation of the Facilities Director and Superintendent. This motion, made by Chad Erickson and seconded by Steve Clegg, Carried.

Motion: that the CCS Board of Education approve the bid from Schreiber Corporation in the amount of $301,550.17 for the existing high school roof project, based on the recommendation of the Facilities Director and Superintendent. This motion, made by Steve Clegg and seconded by Dale Wingerd, Carried.

that the CCS Board approve the policy revisions listed above as presented. This motion, made by Monica VanTuyle and seconded by Chad Erickson, Carried.

by roll call vote, that the Board of Education select Guillermo Z. Lopez as the candidate Clinton Community Schools shall cast their vote for in the 2025 MASB Board of Directors election and direct the Superintendent's Administrative Assistant to cast the Board's ballot accordingly. This motion, made by Dale Wingerd and seconded by Monica VanTuyle, Carried.
