School Activity Fund Report.

Motion to approve General Fund Encumbrances and warrants.

Possible motion to appoint an individual to Sweetwater School Board of Education vacant seat #3. 

Motion to accept Letter of Resignation from Sarah Grant. 

Motion to approve Temporary Appropriations for the 2025-2026 school year.

Motion to approve OSSBA Policy and Membership renewal for the 2025-2026 school year. 

Motion to approve OSSBA Employment Services Agreement for the 2025-2026 school year. 

Motion to renew Great Plains Regional Medical Center Rehabilitation Services Agreement for the 2025-2026 school year.

Motion to transfer $200.00 from the Sweetwater Foundation Account to the Athletics Account in the Activity Fund for a donation towards Cross-Country State Championship rings. 

Motion to transfer $1000.00 from the FFA account to the Show Team account in the Activity Fund for partial purchase of the blue stock trailer.
