Motion to designate First Bank of Erick and First National Bank of Sayre as Depositories for the Sweetwater Public School I-015 accounts for FY 2021-2022.

Motion and vote to continue Sweetwater School's Child Nutrition Loan Agreement and implement the Child Nutrition Procurement Plan for FY 2021-2022.

Motion and vote to appoint Casey Reed as Federal Program Coordinator for Sweetwater Public School for FY 2021-2022.

Motion and vote to continue the Sweetwater Public School I-015 Investment Plan for FY 2021-2022.

Motion and vote to appoint Jenna Gray as Encumbrance Clerk for Sweetwater School for FY 2021-2022.

Motion and vote to appoint Phyllis Abernathy as Treasurer for Sweetwater School for FY 2021-2022.

Motion to approve General Fund Encumbrances and warrants.

Motion and vote to set lunch, breakfast, and milk prices for FY 2021-2022. Lunch Pre-k thru 12- $1.40, Breakfast Pre-k thru 12- $.90, Extra milk $.20

Discussion and motion to continue with the 1080 hour minimum system for FY 2021-2022.

Motion to approve Math & Science Western Technology classes for High School credit for FY 2021-2022.

Motion to renew contract for Cindy Eagon to provide student testing for FY 2021-2022.

Motion to accept bid from Hiland Dairy for milk and juice products for the 2021-2022 school year. 

Discussion and possible motion to give school employees a start of the school year stipend.
