3. Consider approval of Minutes of Special Meeting of Board of Directors held on November 15, 2023, and Minutes of Special Meeting of Board of Directors held on Febreuary 6, 2024

(10:15 a.m.) Conduct Public Hearing regarding the issuance by the Corporation of Variable Rate Demand Industrial Development Revenue Bonds, pursuant to a plan of finance in one or more series, not to exceed $40,000,000 in principal amount to loan the proceeds thereof to Cloverdale Renewables, LLC, and used to finance or refinance the acquisition, construction, development, and installation of solide waste facilites, for the disposal of solid animal waste (manure) through the colleciton and disposal of waste cow manure and collection of biogas. The Project will be located at heifer and dairy facilities located at 3075 County Road 340, Dublin, Texas 76446

Brian Williams of Cloverdale Renewables attending by phone and Greg Salinas, McCall Parkhurst in attendance at the meeting described the project and the bonds.
