1. Public communications and comments

2. Review election results from November 3, 2020 election, take any necessary steps to confirm such results, and adopt Order Declaring Results and Canvassing Sales and Use Tax Election, and authorize filing of such Order in the TravisCounty Real Property Records and with the Comptroller of Public Accounts and take further action as may be necessary with regard to the canvassing of such election results and the imposition of the sales and use tax

3. Review and approve Minutes of August 12, 2020 Meeting

4. Updates with regard to development related matters

5. Hear updates with respect to on-going City of Austin consent process and related matters and take any actions with regard thereto

6. Review the proposed form of Memorandum of Understanding between the District and Cid A. Galindo, Inc. regarding the SH130–Special Zone and Development Agreement

7. If timely, consider and adopt a Resolution Approving Memorandum of Understanding Regarding the Establishment of Defined Area and Delegating Certain Matters Relating Thereto

8. Review and confirm annual renewal of insurance and bonds

9. Review and approve Cash Activity Report and related payments, authorize the opening of any new accounts and approve any necessary fund transfers, confirm preparation of the District's Annual Financial Report for its fiscal year just ended 9.30.20 and take further action with regard to any additional reporting or budget related matters

10. Discuss and confirm any tentative or proposed next meeting dates

11. Adjournment
