2. Administer Oaths of Offices and confirm receipt of Statement of Officer forms for those newly elected directors whose new term commenced on May 5, 2020

3. Review and approve Minutes of February 25, 2020 Board of Directors meeting
|
|
4. Hear updates with regard to on-going City of Austin consent process and related matters and take any actions with regard thereto
|
|
5. Updates from the developer as relate to the status of proposed development within the District
|
|
6. Consider and adopt an Order Amending Designated Offices Outside the District
|
|
7. Consider and adopt an Order Imposing Hotel Occupancy Tax
|
|
8. Consider and adopt an Order Approving Investment Policy and Appointing an Investment Officer
|
|
9. Review and approve bookkeeping report and authorize the release of checks and payments included in such; authorize the opening of any additional bank, Tex Pool or LOGIC accounts with respect to proposed investments and approve any additional financial reporting or budget related matters and take any additional action as may be necessary;

10. Discuss and authorize initial District website

11. Consider and act upon supplemental agenda regarding proposed November 3, 2020 election
