1. Public communications and comments

2. Review and approve Minutes of November 8, 2022 meeting

3. Hear Committee Reports, recommendations and assignments

4. Review and approve Cash Activity Report and related payments, authorize the opening of any new accounts, approve any necessary fund transfers, and take further action with regard to any additional reporting or budget related matters

5. Consider and approve a Second Amended Resolution Designating Depository Bank and Authorized Signatories for Accounts

6. Discuss approved contract amount for Executive Director, possible changes to same and take necessary action with regard thereto

7. Hear updates with regard to City of Austin agreement and take any actions with regard thereto

8. Consideration and possible action related to allocation of a portion of District revenue for development of the SH130 Innovation District and public facilities that serve the public purposes of the District, and adopt any applicable resolutions or orders with regard thereto

9. Update from Executive Director and developer with regard to development related matters and District business

10. Adjourn to Executive Session to consult with attorney regarding pending litigation matters, contemplated litigation matters, and other legal matters relating to agenda items in accordance with Texas Government Code § 551.071

11. If necessary, reopen meeting and take any necessary action with regard to matters discussed in Executive Session 

12. Discuss and confirm any tentative or proposed next meeting dates
