5. Review and discuss director documentation and any action necessary or appropriate after review

6. Hear presentation regarding potential for Interlocal Agreements between Texas Workforce Housing Foundation and various Independent School Districts, as relates to District business
|
7. Discuss and approve a Resolution Approving the Appointment of a Board Member to the TexasEssentialHousingPublicFacilityCorporation, or other similar resolution or order, to fill vacancy, and take any additional action, as may be necessary, with regard thereto
|
8. Public relations update and discussion
|
9. Update and possible action regarding preparation of annual District audits and any Agreed Upon Procedures Reports, as may be necessary
|
10. Review and approve Resolution Adopting Operating Budget for September 30, 2024 fiscal year-end and authorize filing and posting of same;
|
11. Review and approve a Cash Activity Report and related payments, authorize the opening of any new accounts, as may be necessary, and take further action with regard to any additional reporting or budget related matter
|
12. Hear updates with regard to City of Austin agreement and take any actions, including but not limited to possible approvals from administrative agencies, as may be necessary, with respect thereto, and provide Legislative update related to District matters
|
13. Update with regard to acquisition of an approximately 7.7913-acre parcel of land, including but not limited to a 50,000-square foot warehouse space included thereon, located off of Quinn Luke Trail in Travis County, Texas, and take necessary action with regard thereto
|
14. Update with regard to acquisition of a 4.107-acre parcel of land off N FM 973 in Travis County, Texas, and take necessary action with regard thereto
|
15. Discussion with respect to proposed additions of lands to the boundaries of the District
|
16. Consideration and possible action regarding development agreements between the District and property associations
|
17. Consideration and approval, modification or termination of consulting agreements, employment contracts, or contracts for financial advisory, bond counsel, disclosure counsel, special counsel, interlocal consulting and fund management services, authorizing the execution of all documentation andother matters in connection therewith
|
18. If timely, consider and approve a Resolution to Negotiate and Execute an Agreement with a Private501(c)(3) Non-Profit, or other eligible beneficiaries, as may be allowed in furtherance of the District's purpose, and discuss and adopt a formal policy with regard to same
|
19. Discussion with regard to the hiring of additional District employees, consultants or contract labor, matters related to new or existing employee contracts, and take any action, as may be necessary, with regard thereto
|
20. Adjourn to Executive Session to consult with attorney regarding pending litigation, contemplated litigation, economic development, real estate and other legal matters relating to agenda items in accordance with Texas Government Code §551
|
21. If necessary, reopen meeting and take any necessary action with regard to matters discussed in Executive Session
|
22. Discuss and confirm any tentative or proposed next meeting dates
|
23. Adjournment.
