1. Public communications and comments

2. Review and discuss director documentation and any action necessary or appropriate after review

3. Update with regard to acquisition of an approximately 7.7913-acre parcel of land, including but not limited to a 50,000-square foot warehouse space included thereon, located off of Quinn Luke Trail in Travis County, Texas, and take necessary action with regard thereto
|
4. Update with regard to acquisition of a 4.107-acre parcel of land off N FM 973 in Travis County, Texas, and take necessary action with regard thereto

5. Consideration and approval, modification or termination of consulting agreements, employment contracts, or contracts for financial advisory, bond counsel, disclosure counsel, inter local consulting and fund management services, authorizing the execution of all documentation and other matters in connection there with
|
6. Consideration and approval of fee schedule for project administrator services; authorizing the execution of all documentation and other matters in connection therewith
|
7. Create and review policy for engaging in tax-exempt financing transactions; establishing the creation of an Acquisition Fund;
|
8. Adjourn to Executive Session to consult with attorney regarding pending litigation, contemplated litigation, economic development, real estate and other legal matters relating to agenda items in accordance with Texas Government Code §551
|
9. If necessary, reopen meeting and take any necessary action with regard to matters discussed in Executive Session
|
10. Discuss and confirm any tentative or proposed next meeting dates
|
11. Adjournment.
