The meeting was called to order at 12:01 p.m.

2. EXECUTIVE SESSION
Proposed executive session to hear evidence and discuss the suspension of a minor student whereby disclosure of any additional information would violate FERPA, pursuant to 25 O.S. Sections 307(B)(5) and (B)(7).

3. ACKNOWLEDGE RETURN TO OPEN SESSION
Discussion:
The board returned to open session at 1:09 p.m.

4. EXECUTIVE SESSION MINUTES COMPLIANCE ANNOUNCEMENT
Discussion:
The board entered into executive session at 12:02 p.m. to hear evidence and discuss the suspension of a minor student whereby disclosure of any additional information would violate FERPA, pursuant to 25 O.S. Sections 307(B)(5) and (B)(7). Those present in executive session were Andy Espericueta, Elvia Hernandez, Cambry Riedl, Alphonso Mata, Superintendent Dixie Purdy, and Assistant Superintendent Melissa Watson. No action was taken by the board of education.
