Discussion:
Angela Rhoades led a discussion regarding the storm shelters. The ultimate decision whether or not to open the storm shelters will come from the Texas County Emergency Management team and/or the City of Guymon City Manager. The Board of Education stated that all school storm shelters will be available to be opened if deemed an immediate threat.
