Public Hearing "Notice of Proposed Contract for Legal Services"
Consider the Adoption of Resolution approving Contingent Fee Legal Services Contract, including Findings Needed for Submission of Contingent Fee Legal Services Agreement and Request for Expedited Review by the Texas Attorney General
Consideration and Approval of Contingent Fee Legal Services Agreement with O’Hanlon, Demerath & Castillo, PC and Eiland & Bonnin, PC
Discuss and consider approval authorizing the Superintendent / Administration to negotiate with the selected construction contractor in regards to the CSP #02.2004 Wood Field House and parking lot projects located at 1407 Cedar Street, Hearne, Texas 77859.
Discuss and consider approval of construction award for CSP#02.004 Field House and Parking lot.
Discuss and consider approval for the items over $10,000.00. LPI Lockridge Priest (HVAC Replacement HES) from LPI Lockridge Priest not to exceed $45,000.00.
