*A. Personnel Approval/Updates
Instruction:
1. Notice of retirement of Elizabeth Stringer, Humanities Instructor, (GT), effective December 31,2023, position will be filled as soon as possible through internal transfer, normal hiring practices, or temporary employment services.

*B. Out of State Travel Requests
1. Approval of out-of-state travel for Mr. Chris King, Ben Neal, and the EMCC Band to travel to Dempolis, AL for the band to participate in the Christmas on the River on December 2, 2023. Expenses will be paid from local funds.
2. Approval of out-of-state travel for Ben Neal to travel to Indianapolis, IN for Percussive Arts Society International Convention on November 8-12, 2023. Expenses will be paid from local funds and a school car will be used for transportation.
3. Approval of out-of-state travel for Mike Tvarkunas, District Director of Information Technology, to Fairhope, Alabama, to attend the Howard Conference and Expo January 16-18, 2024. Expenses will be paid from local funds.
4. Approval of out-of-state travel for Mark Dodson, Commercial Truck Driving Instructor, to travel October 12-13, 2023, to Swainsboro, GA, to pick up a new 15-passenger van purchased for the Scooba Campus fleet. Expenses will be paid from local funds.
