Services with The Public Finance Law Group PLLC, as Bond Counsel to the School District, with respect to the proposed issuance of General Obligation Building Bonds, Series 2025A. |
25. Discussion and Vote to Approve or Not Approve a Resolution approving a
Sublease Purchase Agreement pertaining to the acquisition and financing of improvements to school buildings and facilities; approving an Escrow and Paying Agent Agreement; approving the forms of Sublease Purchase Agreement, Ground Lease Agreement, Tax Regulatory Agreement, Continuing Disclosure Agreement, and Official Statement; establishing the School District’s reasonable expectation with respect to issuance of tax- exempt obligations for calendar year 2026 and designating the Sublease Purchase Agreement as a qualified tax-exempt obligation; approving other documents and certificates related thereto; and containing other provisions related thereto. |
