I. CALL TO ORDER

Description: Goodwill Education Board Chair Ted Delisi called the meeting to order at 11:

II. ESTABLISH A QUORUM

Description: Noting a quorum, Board Chair, Rob Neville proceeded with the meeting.

III. PUBLIC COMMENT

IV. EXECUTIVE SESSION

1. Deliberate the Resignation and Release Agreement of Excel Center President and Superintendent, transition of Excel Center President and Superintendent duties to Interim Superintendent, and obtain legal advice regarding same.
2. Deliberate appointment of a Superintendent search committee
3. Obtain legal advice regarding payment of Operating Fee for the operation of an education program in Diboll, Texas

Description: Under Tex. Gov’t Code pursuant to any and all purposes permitted by Sections 551.001-551.084, including, but not limited to: 551.071; 551.074

V. RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION
