Consider and approve the continuation of the contract with  Leakey ISD for providing administrative, business, and human resource services for the 2023-2024 school year; a 10% increase has been applied and the new annual amount is $97,000. This represents the first increase since the execution of the initial contract.

7.B. Review and consider adopting the District of Innovation plan as presented
