6.D. Consider and Approve the amended Interlocal Participation Agreement (IPA) between Divide ISD and TASB Risk Management Fund, effective May 1, 2022. The IPA is reviewed and updated at least once every 10 years; it was last modified in 2012. Pursuant to Chapter 791 of the Texas Government Code, the new IPA must be authorized and approved by the Divide ISD School Board of Trustees.
