1) Roll Call-Quarum Established:

Discussion:

Clerk Randall called Roll Call to establish a quorum: Chair Kroos was 6 mins late, Asst. Chair Knuth, Trustee Higel, Trustee Sidders, and Trustee Legg were present to form the quorum. Others present: Village Superintendent — Glen Kuehn, Village Clerk/Treasurer — Jodi Randall, and Joe Stump from AMGL.

2) Call Meeting to Order:

Discussion: Meeting Called at 7pm

3) The Open Meetings Act is in the back of the room for anyone to read or refer to.
