II. Universal Breakfast Waiver
Description:
Texas law (Education Code 33.901) requires public schools or
charter schools with 80 % or more of enrolled students eligible for free or reduced-price meals in the National School Lunch Program to provide breakfast at no cost to all Students. Districts may also seek a waiver by the school to opt-out of this requirement. FYI- Ehrhart is at 83% ECD |

Description:
Attached is the 2018-19 Ehrhart School Calendar for your approval. Ms. Long will give a brief overview.

V.B. Consider and if appropriate, approve Instructional Materials Allotment Certification for 2018-19 school year.
Description:
We are required to certify that all instructional material purchased with state funds, is solely used for instruction and includes all of the TEKS- Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills for each subject area and grade level taught.

V.C. Consider and if appropriate, approve lease for modular building for Grade 6, from Mod Space.
Description:
The current quote form ModSpace expires on 4/27/2018.
Lease is set for 18 - 24 months @ 700/mo. If we do 12 months, increase monthly rent to 800/mo. |

Description:
We received another settlement from TEA for and ESEA Title I in the amount of 8,341.00, and Title II Part A in the amount of 670.00
