IX. Updates on Expansion
Discussion:
Trey updates:
-Approval from EFF credit committee, final board approval in next week 21.3 million loan. -Continued value engineering exercises from Franken - Plans for installation of modular building to house 90 6th grade students by Fall 2026. -Leadership team pivoted on a new direction with the middle school principal. In the first year of the middle school, we are only adding 4-5 new teachers, and some of those will be current staff. So it will not be that much of an addition to current Principal duties. More meaningful staffing will come from additional counseling and social work. |

Glenn reported out on attending the Greater Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce meeting where EMHS recognized with the Excellent School of the Year Award.
