Discussion:
Glenn Hushman provided an overview of the middle school committee's work so far.
The committee is examining implications to: governance, finance, facilities, and academic program. |

VIII.B. Finance Committee
Discussion:
Karen Thompson provided an overview of what the GC Finance Committee is working on.
The budget for this year is comfortable with a high cash balance projected. The budget for next school year needs more clarification from PED in order to deal with the large teacher raises mandated by the legislature. |

IX. Parking Lot Items for Future GC Meetings
Discussion:
Mike Wismer suggested that EMHS prepare some talking points if/when the PED Secretary visits EMHS.
Mike Wismer also suggested that the Exec. Com of the GC decide to return to at least some in-person meetings. |
