3. CLOSED (EXECUTIVE) SESSION
Description:
If needed, the Board will conduct a closed meeting for purposes permitted by Texas Government Codes:
Texas Government Code §551.074, discussion of appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, compensation, or duties of public employees. Texas Government Code §551.076 & §551.089, school security Open Meetings Act, Government Code Chapter 551, Subchapter D and E. If necessary, the Board will convene in closed session for discussion of any item on the agenda. All final votes, actions, or decisions will be taken in open meeting. Any action the Board wishes to take as a result of discussion in closed session will take place after the Board reconvenes in the open meeting. |
