If necessary, the Board will convene in closed session for the discussion of any item on the agenda, in accordance with the Open Meetings Act, Government Code Chapter §551, Subchapter D and E. Any action the Board wishes to take as a result of discussions in closed session will take place after the Board reconvenes in the open meeting.
