6.1. Superintendent
Discussion:
Mr. Hoesing discussed the state legislature. He also discussed the upcoming NRCSA Conference in April. He also wanted to thank both of our principals Mr. Hoesing and Mrs. Heimes and all their hard work this semester.

6.2. Principal
Discussion:
Mrs. Heimes discussed the CPI training her and 7 staff members attended that covered student safety. They will do follow-up training in the Spring. They also discussed UDL training and learned about the diverse learning of all students and their needs. She also touched on the in-school savings pep rally the students attended to teach financial literacy. The book vending machine is doing really well and students are enjoying the books they get to take home. The upcoming Christmas concert will be 12/19 and Mrs. Clausen is working really hard to prepare the students. Lastly, she touched on a grant they received for sensory seating.
Mr. Anderson discussed the upcoming Christmas concert. Winter testing is wrapping up with MAPS testing in middle school. HS students will work more in the end of January. He also discussed meetings they attended on evaluating tools, utilizing schedules to increase test scores and possibilities of helping students increase their scores. Discussed Region 3 meetings. He also discussed taking 18 kids to the leadership summit. This year was about individual leadership, team culture and school traditions. Kids gained some good insight and ideas by collaborating with other schools. Lastly he touched on the coop with Osmond on wrestling. Colton Hoesing had a great learning experience and our high school wrestler, Tate Stolpe is in his current season and doing well. He touched on FFA and their current activities. |

6.3. Activities Director
Discussion:
Mr. Conn discussed the current basketball season. Both teams are off to a good start. Girls are 1-0 and boys are 2-0. He also discussed All-State Music that took place in November. Braydon Hoesing auditioned and was invited to participate. He put on an amazing performance with the whole choir. Play Production has had a great season. District champs and they are headed to state this week.
