Mr. Kumm called the meeting to order at 8:01 PM. All members were present, as well as Mr. Hoesing, Superintendent, Mr. Anderson, Principal, Mr. Conn, Guidance counselor/AD, and Mark Mahoney, Wausa Gazette.

Discussion:
Mr. Hoesing gave his Superintendent's report, outlining legislative updates, hiring updates, as well as grant packages being worked on (ESSER III Specifically), and Elementary events (read your heart out.)

Discussion:
Mr. Anderson gave his principal report, highlighting FBLA Week, Maps testing, Teacher evaluations, the February student of the month, Middle school math substitute (long term) and NSAA national anthem singers from Wausa.

6.3. Activities Director
Discussion:
Mr. Conn gave his AD Report, highlighting basketball seasons, speech, as well as track and golf coming up this year.

7.1. Verizon requested to post a tower on school district property (down at the football field).
Discussion:
Verizon has decided to put the tower up near the village dump, so no discussion was had on this matter.

7.2. Snow Days
Discussion:
Mr. Hoesing brought up staff contract hours and snow days. It was decided to work with the staff via zoom in areas that administration can, and focus on student, rather than staff hours.
