3. Strategic Planning Process Review and Timelines

3.1. Evaluate the progress of all objectives and strategies outlined in the strategic plan.
Discussion:
Mr. Hoesing presented the Wausa Strategic plan, and the processes that have been accomplished so far. A discussion was had on systems, and what systems needed to be updated and prioritized.

3.2. Consider the next steps for school administration in accomplishing further goals (Immediate focus goals for the 2023 spring semester.)
Discussion:
Mr. Hoesing held discussions with all of the board members. The discussion was had on WHIP, updating our social media platforms, as well as working with outside entities (Village, the Lincoln Township Library, and other school districts).
