Discussion:
Mr. Hoesing presented his superintendent's report, focusing on budget, finance, and strategic planning. A discussion was had on budget workshop dates, and it was decided that a budget workshop was needed on August 31st.

Mr. Anderson presented his report, focusing on Social Studies curriculum and instruction, as well as student enrollment and the start of the school year.

7.1. Strategic Planning Update
Discussion:
Mr. Hoesing provided a planning update. It was decided that Wausa needed to reach out to other schools for needs, specifically the needs in terms of curriculum within the classroom and the school day, as well as extracurricular activities.
