Discussion:
Mr. Hoesing provided his superindent's report. He stated that he wants to see The Board get together for their semi annual retreat in January sometime. Terry Nelson asked how the IT building process is going. Mr. Hoesing stated he will be in contact with the building company in the near future for an update.
