6.1. Superintendent
Discussion:
Mr. Hoesing presented his superintendent report, leading on updates on the building. The building is almost a month ahead of schedule, and under budget currently. Mr. Hoesing also presented update on LB 947, property tax savings initiative. Mr. Hoesing stated that Wausa would actually come out ahead in this scenario, but cautioned that he doubts it will pass because it negatively affects Omaha Public Schools. Finally, he presented the master calendar to be approved in March for discussion, as well as future building/grounds updates.

6.2. Principal
Discussion:
Mr. Hoesing presented the Principal's report on behalf of Mr. Higgins.

6.3. Activities Director
Discussion:
Mr. Conn Presented the AD report. He reported on Basketball updates, Junior high updates, and future dates of spring sports/activities as well as speech, FBLA, and skills USA. President Kumm requested that a meeting be held with junior high boys parents, to make sure that we provide the right information to parents before the junior high coop commences.

7. Discussion Items

7.1. Cooperative Agreement w/Osmond Community Schools in JH Boys athletics only (Football, Basketball)
Discussion:
Discussion continued on JH boys coop. Discussion centered around making sure parents received the information, as well as making sure that Osmond provided the same information as Wausa, so there were no discrepancies in information. It was decided that there will be one meeting, and that meeting will be held in Wausa. Wausa would provide both social media as well as mailed letters to Boys parents in 7th, 6th, and 5th grades.
