IV. Superintendent and/or School Board Member Report
Goal Area 1 - Academics: All learners will continuously demonstrate academic growth. Goal Area 2 - Safety: We will provide a safe and secure learning environment for all. Goal Area 3 - Equity: We will provide a positive, inclusive, and equitable environment for all. Goal Area 4 - Communication: We will improve communication and strengthen relationships both internally and externally. Goal Area 5 - Finances: We will advocate to increase the financial resources of the Corporation to provide an outstanding school environment and opportunities for our students, staff, and community. |

V.A. We recommend Cynthia Trevino and Shelly Gates attend the ISCA (Indiana School Counseling Association on November 9-10, 2023 in Indianapolis, IN with expenses paid out of the Title IV fund.

V.B. We recommend Anissa Magee, Sarahi Imhof, and Daniel Brugioni attend the Wabash Valley Education Center’s Multilingual State Conference on November 11-12, 2023, in West Lafayette, Indiana with expenses paid from the Multilingual Fund.

We recommend Dr. Sharon Johnson Shirley, Cynthia Trevino, Melissa Rettig, and Melissa Klahn attend the IAPSS (Indiana Association of Public School Superintendents) 2023-2024 WELL (Women Educators Leading Learning) Women in Educational Leadership Seminars on November 8, 2023 in Greenwood, IN with expenses paid from the Title IIA fund.
