VII. Superintendent and/or School Board Member Report

Goal Area 1 - Academics:  All learners will continuously demonstrate academic growth.

Goal Area 4 - Communication:  We will improve communication and strengthen relationships both internally and externally.

Goal Area 5 - Finances:  We will advocate to increase the financial resources of the Corporation to provide an outstanding school environment and opportunities for our students, staff, and community.

VIII. Professional Development

VIII.A. We recommend Chris Bajmakovich attend the ISAP (Indiana Association of School Principals) Principals Fall Conference on November 20-22, 2022, in Indianapolis, IN with expenses paid from the title IIA Fund.
 

VIII.B. We recommend that Luis Roldan, Michael Morrison, Betty Svetich, Vicki Jordan-Raspberry, Robin Henderson, and William Clay attend the Hoosier Educational Computer Coordinators Conference on November 9-11, 2022 in Indianapolis, IN with expenses paid from the Operations fund.

 

VIII.C. We recommend Linett Carpenter and Burnadette Cope attend the NAGC (National Association for Gifted Children) Annual Conference on November 17-20, 2022, in Indianapolis, IN with expenses paid from the Title IIA Fund.

VIII.D. Recommend approving the Professional Development items.

IX. Leave/Resignation/Employment
All new employment to Lake Ridge New Tech Schools is contingent upon a cleared Expanded Criminal History Background Check within 30 days and a cleared Expanded Child Protection Index Check within 60 days of effective date.  IC 20-26-2-1.5 and IC 20-26-2-1.3

IX.A. We recommend Casey Morenz be employed as Student Supervisor at Longfellow New Tech Elementary School effective October 14, 2022.

 

IX.B. We recommend Arcella Harvey be employed as an Instructional Aide at Lake Ridge New Tech Middle School effective October 10, 2022.

IX.C. We recommend Durrell Nash be employed as the 6th Grade Boys’ Basketball Coach at Lake Ridge New Tech Middle School for the 2022-2022 Winter Season.
 

IX.D. We recommend Tyree Webster be employed as the 7th Boys’ Basketball Coach at Lake Ridge New Tech Middle School immediately for the 2022-2022 Winter Season.
 

IX.E. We recommend Rojue Curtis be employed as the 8th Grade Boys’ Basketball Coach at Lake Ridge New Tech Middle School for the 2022-202 Winter Season.
 

IX.F. We recommend Cody Snook be employed as the Wrestling Head Coach at Lake Ridge New Tech Middle School for the 2022-2023 Winter Season.
 

IX.G. We recommend Doriante Bryant be employed as the Varsity Assistant Wrestling Coach at Lake Ridge New Tech Middle School for the 2022-2023 Winter Season.
 

IX.H. We recommend Alec Noworul be employed as the Varsity Assistant Wrestling Coach at Lake Ridge New Tech Middle School for the 2022-2023 Winter Season.
 

IX.I. We recommend Isaiah McWilliams be employed as the Varsity Assistant Wrestling Coach at Lake Ridge New Tech Middle School for the 2022-2023 Winter Season.
 

IX.J. We recommend Devonte Singleton be employed as the Physical Education Teacher at Lake Ridge New Tech Middle School effective October 31, 2022.
