IV. Superintendent and/or School Board Member Report

Goal Area 1 - Academics:  All learners will continuously demonstrate academic growth.

V. Professional Development

V.A. Recommend Pam Balint attend the virtual IDOE (Indiana Department of    Education) Science of Reading Summer Summit on June 9,2022 with expenses paid from Tittle IIA.
 

V.B. Recommend Adrian Wilkerson attend the IASBO (Indiana Association of
School Business Officials) Leadership Academy on March 17-18, 2022 in Plainfield,   IN with expenses paid from the Operations Fund.

VI. Leave/Resignation/Employment
All new employment to Lake Ridge New Tech Schools is contingent upon a cleared Expanded Criminal History Background Check within 30 days and a cleared Expanded Child Protection Index Check within 60 days of effective date.  IC 20-26-2-1.5 and IC 20-26-2-1.3

VI.A. Recommend accepting Donovan Shorts’ resignation from the Behavior Interventionist position at Lake Ridge New Tech Middle School effective March 25, 2022.
 

VI.B. Recommend accepting Verdell Gray’s resignation from the 7th grade Boys’    Basketball Coach at Lake Ridge New Tech Middle School effective February 28, 2022.
 

VI.C. Recommend accepting Dawn Evans retirement request from the Attendance Clerk position at Lake Ridge New Tech Middle School effective June 10, 2022.
 

VI.D.  Recommend Cisely LeBron be employed as the 7th grade Girls’ Basketball Coach for the 2021-2022 season. 

 

VI.E. Recommend Doriante Bryant be employed as the Assistant Wrestling Coach position at Lake Ridge Middle School for the 2021-2022 season. 

VI.F. Recommend Ruben Rodriguez be employed as the Assistant Wrestling Coach position at Lake Ridge Middle School for the 2021-2022 season. 

VI.G. Recommend Jessica Adamczyk be employed as a 4th grade teacher at Longfellow New Tech Elementary School effective March 28,2022.

 

VI.H. Recommend Kristi Peterson be employed as a Music Teacher at Longfellow New Tech Elementary School effective March 15,2022. 

 

VI.I.  Recommend Mariyah Martinez be employed as the Reset Room Counselor at Calumet New Tech  High School effective March 28,2022. 

VI.J. Recommend Venita Windfield be employed as the Warriorette Coach at Calumet New Tech High School for the 2021-2022 season.


 

VI.K. Recommend Demi Machuca be employed as the Home School Liaison at Calumet New Tech High School effective March 28,2022.

VI.L. Recommend Tashema Dancy be employed as the Behavior Interventionist at Lake Ridge Middle School effective March 28,2022.
 
 

VI.M. Recommend Yvonne Acevedo be employed as the Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent at Lake Ridge New Tech Schools effective March 7, 2022.

VII.D. Recommending approving payment of unused vacation days of Ronda Sweeney.
 

VII.E. Recommend approving the change in pay classification and salary rate and Central Office Administrative Staff.

 

VII.F. We are recommending approving the 2021-2022 Administrative Assistants and  Administration Raises.
