Call to Order and Establish Quorum

Discussion: President Heidi Lawrence called the meeting to order at 12:54 pm. A quorum was present and due notice has been posted and published. Justin Shull was absent.

Discussion: Matt Harris led in prayer.

Hearing of Citizens

Discussion: There were no citizens signed up to speak.

Budget Amendment

Discussion: There were no budget amendments.

Consider the purchase of a secure access points system.

Recommendation to approve teh bid from NacSpace in the amount of $45,709 for access control/keyless entry system. This motion, made by Matt Barrett and seconded by Dusty McFadden, Carried.

Superintendent Recommendations Regarding Professional Personnel (§551.074)
