3. Consent Agenda
Description:
As good practice, the board should accept the consent agenda for the evening's meeting, which includes minutes of the December 13 regular meeting.
RECOMMENDATION: The superintendent recommends that the consent agenda be reviewed and accepted. 4. Terms of Resignation - Superintendent
Description:
Stephanie Lemmer has accepted a job with Pennfield Community Schools. The BOE needs to decide if there will be any changes to Section 15 (Resignation) of her current contract, which requires 60 days written notice to terminate the agreement.

Description:
A closed session has been requested to hear a complaint brought against a staff member.
RECOMMENDATION: It is the recommendation of the superintendent to meet in closed session.
