Closed Session: The Marion ISD Board of Trustees will convene in a closed meeting pursuant to following sections of the Texas Government Codes:

Pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code, consultation with the Board's Special Counsel concerning legal and procedural issues involved in hearing of proposed non-renewal of term contract employee. 

Pursuant to Section 551.074, 551.082 and 551.0821 of the Texas Government Code and Texas Education Code 21.207, conduct a hearing regarding the proposed non-renewal of Cynthia Isaac's term contract and Board deliberations concerning the proposed non-renewal of Cynthia Isaac's term contract.

* No final action, decision, or vote will be taken by the Board while in executive session.* Open Session: Consider and take possible action regarding items discussed in closed session.

Consider and take possible action regarding the renewal or non-renewal of Cynthia Isaac's term contract.
