Consider and take possible action to request that the School Board enter a Resolution pursuant to §34.05(i) of the Texas Property Code, to the successful bidder through the sealed bid process a certain property previously struck off pursuant to §34.01(c) of the Texas Property Tax Code for delinquent ad valorem taxes owed to Pleasanton ISD, City of Pleasanton and Atascosa County.

Main Street, Pleasanton, TX 78064 with the following legal description: Pleasanton-Smith Addition, Block 1, Lot S/2 of Lot 15 and all of 16 pursuant to Texas Local Government Code §272.001.
