1. Roll Call;

2. Inform the Public about the location of the Open Meetings Act and the Citizens Participation Rules;

3. Minutes of the September 11, 2024 meeting of the CDA;
|
|
4. Consider executing Purchase and Sale and Deed of Trust Agreement thereby conveying Parcel # 120000952 (the South parcel of the property across the railroad tracks from the Butler County Historical Museum, between E Street and D Street) to the Butler County Historical Society, Inc.;

5. Consider Resolution No. 3-2024 CDA authorizing execution of the Purchase and Sale and Deed of Trust Agreement with the Butler County Historical Society;
|
|
6. Consider executing Option for Purchase and Sale and Deed of Trust Agreement and conveying Parcel # 120000959 (the North parcel of the property across the railroad tracks from the Butler County Historical Museum, between E Street and D Street) with Butler County Historical Society, Inc., thereby providing the Butler County Historical Society, Inc., an exclusive three-year option to purchase Parcel # 120000959;

7. Consider Resolution No. 4-2024 CDA authorizing execution of the Option for Purchase and Sale and Deed of Trust Agreement with the Butler County Historical Society;
